She manages client check-ins, preps them for their services, and assists during appointments—playing a key role in keeping the salon running smoothly and on schedule.
Her upbeat personality and genuine care create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that clients love—contributing to the salon’s reputation and recognition in the local community.
Motivated by the example of her husband, a mentor and educator in the beauty industry, Carmelina is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. For her, it’s about more than hair—it’s about making a difference, one client at a time.
